Breanna & Brodie – Australia Trip

Thursday, October 24

We had a relaxing morning, eating breakfast at Jan & Ron’s and then got ready to head out for the day. We decided that we wanted to go back to Burleigh Heads just the two of us so we could read our books and enjoy the quiet secret beaches that we found on the hike we did with our friends. It was a bit cloudy, but we still enjoyed the afternoon on the quiet beaches!

This time we stopped along the hike and took some pictures as the views were so amazing!

We left the beach at about 3:00pm and walked back to Burleigh Head Beach. Along the way we stopped and got iced lattes and a bite to eat!

We headed back to the Air B&B on the bus/trains and then had another quiet evening reading our books!

Friday, October 25

Today, we had a tour booked to go to the Springbrook National Park to see the waterfalls and many other attractions. We had to be at the meeting point bright and early at Surfers Paradise.

It was a pretty far drive to get out to the park. Our first stop was the natural bridge walk. We seen a beautiful waterfall and got to walk through the rainforest which was super cool.

We were here for about an hour, and then we headed to the next stop which was called the Best of All Lookout. It was a short walk to get to the lookout and it was amazing.

After this, we headed to another location where we seen another waterfall. It was kind of hard to see the waterfall but it was still very pretty.

This tour pretty much took all day and we got back to Jan and Ron’s around supper time and then just stayed here for the night.

Saturday, October 26

The weather was so beautiful so we decided to have another beach day. We went back to Main Beach around 11:30 and stayed there till about 3:30.

We enjoyed reading our books and soaking in the sun all day!

Our evening was very relaxing again, we headed back to Jan and Ron’s and had supper with them and then watched a movie at their place!
