Breanna & Brodie – Australia Trip

Tuesday, November 5

Today, we started off the morning by switching to a different hostel as Flashpackers was booked up. We moved to one about 10-15 minutes away called Nomads – Noosa. We couldn’t check in until 2pm so we just went down to the beach and hung out there until then.

This hostel has a really nice pool that we will definitely be utilizing!! We spent the rest of the day getting organized in our new room and then spent an hour or two at the pool.

Later that evening the hostel was putting on a bingo night that we decided to go to. Definitely have never experienced a bingo night quite like this one lol.

The bingo went pretty late and then we headed to bed for the night.

Wednesday, November 6

Today, we spent the whole day relaxing, swimming and hanging out at the pool. The weather was perfect.

Later today, we headed down to a popular spot called Noosa Spit to watch the sunset. Once again, the clouds were in the way but it was still really pretty and it was a cool spot.

After the sun went down, we headed back to the hostel for the night.

Thursday, November 7

We are leaving Noosa today and heading to Brisbane. We got on the greyhound bus around 10:50am.

We arrived in Brisbane at 2:00 ish and headed to our hostel which is called YHA. When we got into our room one of the beds had a bunch of ants on it… first bad experience with beds in hostels so far on our trip. Luckily we were able to move to a different dorm room. This hostel has a nice rooftop with a sitting area, pool and rooftop bar.

We sat on the rooftop and played cards and then headed to Coles to get some groceries. After that we just hung out at the hostel for the rest of the night and met the girls in our room.
